The Port One Logistics Park is situated immediately adjacent to Suffolk’s acclaimed Waste-to-Energy recycling facility which processes all of the county’s household waste. This modern plant opened in 2014 with a capacity for 269,000 tonnes of waste per annum. Contracted to Suffolk Council for 25 years, the plant is owned and operated by Suez and generates 20 MW of environmentally sustainable power.
