The Story of Women in Logistics UK / Banishing Mum Guilt

Ruth's inspiring presentation will discuss how to navigate the challenges of 'mum guilt' and reclaim joy in parenting without sacrificing your career ambitions. Self-compassion, time management and a positive mindset can all help. The networking group Women in Logistics was created back in 2008 to connect, engage and inspire women in our sector. 'Having it all' is a myth, but together we can celebrate life in all its imperfections and draw solidarity from others.
