Louisa is Strategy & Transformation Director at Visku, shaping and delivering customer-focused solutions.

She joined Bis Henderson (now Visku) in 2020, bringing experience in retail and ecommerce, from supply chain leadership roles at some of the UK’s largest retailers including John Lewis, Marks & Spencer, Tesco.  Louisa has proven ability in shaping supply chain strategy, influencing transformation, supporting successful project mobilisation, driving commercial insight, and bringing a pragmatism to risk management in fast paced, demanding environments. She played a pivotal role in transforming the John Lewis omni-channel supply chain.

 A CIMA Fellow, Louisa combines commercial acumen with an unrelenting customer focus. She is passionate about supply chains fit for the future – commercially sustainable, aligned with business strategy and joined up end to end. 

As a Non Exec member of the Logistics UK Board, Louisa is passionate about amplifying the voice of our logistics industry and it’s critical role in boosting the economic growth of our nation.
