Marta Tomlinson

Legal Director at Kennedys

Marta joined Kennedys in 2015 and works in our Sheffield office. Specialising in Health and Safety matters, Marta advises clients under investigation from authorities including the Health and Safety Executive, Environment Agency and Trading Standards Services. Marta also undertakes advocacy in the Magistrates’ Court and Coroner’s Courts.
