Having worked in the retail sector for several years, Matthew joined Company Shop Group as a Store Manager, before moving to the business’s award-winning social enterprise, Community Shop, as Head of Operations. Matthew oversees the day-to-day operation and retail function for Community Shop, which offers food and household products from well-known brands at deeply discounted prices, supporting those on the cusp of food poverty, and making sure perfectly good products don’t go to waste.
