A corporate intrapreneur with a background in continuous improvement, robotics & packaging. Richard created an internal start-up company within DHL Supply Chain: The Digital Manufacturing team he leads solves problems for the logistics giant using innovative engineering techniques and disruptive technologies. The team specializes in joining equipment and processes together both physically and digitally at a low cost. A big fan of Liverpool FC, all things SpaceX, and has an unsustainable addiction to houseplants.
