Joining the Lucas Systems team in 2023, Rick Day brought 25 years of commercial experience in the software industry, working with software companies such as Blue Yonder, Pivotal Software and SPSS. Rick has guided many UK companies to leverage data effectively, operationalising better decision-making and positively impacting business outcomes through the use of Predictive AI. Rick is passionate about leveraging AI in key areas of Warehousing fulfilment operations including Batch optimisation, travel optimisation and dynamic slotting.
